-pre-meal Martini (4 oz serving)- 274 calories, 38 carbs = 41 minutes walking, 29 minutes running (here are some lighter alternatives)
-Dark Meat Turkey with skin (4oz serving)- 204 calories, 8 grams fat = 53 minutes walking, 22 minutes running
-Turkey Breast no skin (4 oz serving)- 151 calories, 1 gm fat = 39 minutes walking, 16 minutes running
-Turkey Gravy (1 cup serving)- 100 calories, 4 grams fat = 26 minute walking, 11 minutes running
-Cornbread Stuffing- from a mix (1/2 cup serving)- 179 calories, 9 grams fat = 46 minutes walking, 19 minutes running
-Mashed Potatoes- with whole milk and butter (1 cup serving)- 237 calories, 9 grams of fat = 61 minutes walking, 25 minutes running
-Spinach Souffle (1 cup serving)- 233 calories, 18 grams fat = 60 minutes walking, 25 minutes running
-Dinner Roll (I large)- 136 calories, 3 grams fat = 35 minutes walking, 14 minutes running
-Red wine (4oz serving)- 100 calories, 3 carbs = 26 minutes walking, 11 minutes running
-Pumpkin Pie (serving size 1/8 pie)- 316 calories, 14 grams fat = 81 minutes of walking or 34 minutes of running
