The first IFBB Pro show is just under a month away and the official competitor lists have been posted on IFBBpro.com. The womens fitness line up is stacked from top to bottom. Seven out of the Fitness Olympia top ten will compete on February 18th. This will be a great show for fans to see how their favorite competitors look two weeks before the Fitness International.

 

The winner of the show will be qualified for the 2012 Olympia.

The American Hospital Association reports that the number of doctors working for hospitals has increased by 32 percent since 2000, a trajectory that’s accelerating as medical companies prepare for healthcare reform.

South Florida doctors have an ever-growing arsenal of youth-enhancing procedures to help turn back time for savvy patients.

Twenty years ago, there was only one remedy for facial aging, [facelifts] , said Dr. Stephan Baker, a Coral Gables plastic surgeon and spokesman for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Today we have a whole spectrum of how we can approach aging.

Injectable dermal fillers like Restylane and Juvederm, as well as muscle relaxers like Botox and Dysport, have become the most popular methods today to add volume, smooth wrinkles and enhance youthfulness, doctors say.

But some South Florida plastic surgeons and dermatologists are expanding their repertoire to include new options, such as injecting fat or stem cells into the face, as well as using ultrasound technology to tighten sagging skin.

Lifestyle of today has changed tremendously compared to the sixties. We are not eating the natural food anymore, we are eating mainly processed food. For convenience, a lot of foods are being preserved so that they may last longer and convenient to be used for cooking when needed. This process has added chemical contents to our food and destroyed the vitamins and minerals, further it also brings harmful effects to our bodies. The way we cook our food also to some extent destroy the nutrients contained in the food.

So, nowadays many have turned to consuming nutritional supplements to provide nutrients needed by our bodies.
